He worked very carefully around our financial boundaries and did not pressure us to get into something that would be beyond our means. Wow, where do I begin?? Jose has been helping me for weeks to get me images and video of exactly what I’m buying from out of state to make sure there is nothing hidden behind the scenes. He was very honest and respectful through out the entire deal, he even convinced me to finance through the dealer which saved me a ton of $$$$. When I arrived, they had just had some snow storms and they opened the store and accommodated me specially because I already had the airfare. We bought a 2018 Flagstaff Super-Lite in June 2025. Their customer service was good. I appreciate that they answered all my questions and made the purchase and financing very easy. I would recommend checking out there inventory and let them help you find the perfect RV.

We bought an RV in December 2025 and when we went back a week later to pick it up Jonathon (John ) did the walkthrough with us. He spent 2 1/2 hours very patiently and thoroughly explaining everything to us. We appreciated his expertise and patience. Texas RV outlet is very blessed to have him working there.
