I had an excellent experience at Texas Tires Beaumont. I came in thinking I just needed a tire repair, but the team took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and discovered that my rim was actually broken. Instead of rushing me out the door, they were extremely patient and honest, walking me through all of my options and helping me understand the safest and most cost-effective solution. They went above and beyond to help locate a replacement rim and made sure my vehicle was safe and road-ready before I left. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for my safety really stood out. What meant even more to me was how appreciative and respectful they were toward the military. I had a friend who lives in Beaumont and she suggested that I try this shop. I live in Houston 1hr 37 minutes away. After speaking to the manager there over the phone I decided to drive down there. Let's just say... not only was it worth the drive but this location and the staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The tires look clean, sleek and perfect. Getting the new tires stopped my steering wheel from shaking too! They even cleaned a spot off my interior seat while i was there. I highly recommend this business. They don't just do tires. They do lifts for your car or truck and have financing available. Trust me when I say this was worth the drive. Their customer service is top notch!!
