Texas Tires Denton

Told me they would have to order my tires and that they should be on the next truck, in the morning, and they would call me. Said if I didn't hear from them by noon to call. Noon rolls around and I call. He says they're still not in but the truck deadline is in a couple of hours, my tires should definitely be on that truck and he will call me. I cancel my afternoon plans. 4:30 and still haven't heard anything. I call to see if he thinks they will be in tomorrow and he says, "oh they're in". I said "well you didn't call me". He says, "I called". I said, "well you didn't leave a voice mail, how was I supposed to know?" He said, "I just figured you'd call me back." UNPROFESSIONAL. These fellas were so nice! I was stranded on the side of the road and they helped me jump my car, and even pushed me into the parking lot out of danger. As a single woman, car troubles can be super scary accepting help from strangers, but they were so kind and helpful. They even gave me advice on how to move forward with my car after it was jumped. I am incredibly grateful 🙏

Great place. Brought in a mower tire to be replaced. The got to it super fast, were very polite, and took great care of me. Will be back.

Found this place on Google as I was traveling to Winstar Casino after my tire started coming apart. I called to make sure they would be open late since I was passing through in the evening hours. The tires I purchased were a good price with good services. A better deal than our local tire shops offered me for the same tires.

This place is awesome. They always have me in and out in no time. Great customer service.
