Texas Tires Norman

Flat tire. Had a flat tire on my car and brought it to the Texas tire #51 Norman Oklahoma location. The employee was Robert I told him my right rear tire had a flat, he asked me if that was the driver or passenger side. WOW. Then I gave him all my info including cell #. I left to get some food and was gone for 30 min. When I returned he told me the tire could not be fixed. the inside sidewall was split. OK I understand. I asked him to mount the tire and put air in it. They did not take the tire off the rim just pulled it off the car and looked at it, it was very obvious where the issue was. He tried to tell me at first that it was a danger and I needed a new tire from them but i explained there tires was double the price and the warranty was shorter. So I asked him since there was no r

I had previously purchased wheels and tires for my truck. I was extremely pleased with the job that Texas Tires had done. My wife's car had 3 wheels that needed to be replaced. I brought it in to see what some of my options were. I ended ordering some wheels. The order came in extremely quick, especially because it was right in the holiday season. A week later, we had her car safely back on the road. The work was done very quickly at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend giving these guys a shot if you're looking to improve the appearance of your vehicle or just need to get repairs done to keep your car safely on the road!

My experience with Texas Tire #51 in Norman has been nothing short of a nightmare. On April 21, 2025, I paid $652 to have my 24” Alcoa dually wheels and Predator New Mutant tires professionally balanced — dismount, remove internal beads, remount, balance with weights. None of that was done correctly. The tires still had beads inside, only one wheel had weights, and three wheels were visibly damaged by their techs’ cutting wheel. When I returned to resolve it, the manager admitted his tech was at fault and said “it’s my responsibility.” Instead of making it right, he pressured me into a $6,700 upsell for new wheels/tires. These guys are great! I’ve used them in Pueblo West Colorado. I purchased four tires for my Tahoe. I had a nail in my tire today. They got me in and out less than 30 minutes. Thank you Texas tire!

Robert and Michael took care of my tire replacement. This is the fourth tire I’ve got in the last year or so from these guys and they always price match, so they’re the cheapest in town. They are also fast about getting the work done so this is the only place I plan on going from now on. 10/10 recommend!
