Texas Tires

If zero stars was an option it would be. Got tires installed with no issues. Got home and saw 3 out of my 4 wheels were scratched and scuffed. Of course blame was averted. Steer clear of this shop. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Won’t be back

First and foremost I hardly ever take time to leave a bad review. But after knowing and experiencing the process of the "finance" option here. I am at an absolute loss of words. I came by just to aquire 4 new tires for my Toyota Tundra. I decided to go the finance route due the things going on in life. So it seemed to be the easier option. Well I was horribly wrong. The company Texas Tires uses for the finance options is called Koalafi. All is well till you read the terms and lease agreement. I agree 100% it was my fault for not reading through this completely and all of the following repercussions. So I'll be 100% transparent for anyone considering this as an option to obtain new items for their vehicles. I STRONGLY recommend you stay far away as possible from doing their finance option t

Got tires and rims (third set from same store). They mounted new tires on new rims, carried home. Go to get them mounted on the car, shop brings me out to shoe me that one oh these new rims has scratches on it. I call them, of course they say they know nothing, and gave me a plane I could go get it fixed myself. All I wanted is to have the one rim replaced.

I bought 4 tires. The piece was fantastic and the guys were phenomenal! I was in and out really quickly. 100% will be coming g here every time I need tires!

Pulled up and was outta there in 30mins with new wheels and tires. Highly recommend this place! Super nice staff too.
