After a blowout, my car was towed to Texas Tires of Waco, and I have to say it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. One of the reasons I was thankful it ended up here is because their business hours are longer than most other tire shops in the area, which instantly gave me some peace of mind. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. I was stressed and honestly a bit hopeless after the blowout, but they were friendly, professional, and reassuring right from the start. They diagnosed the problem quickly and clearly explained every step of the process so I knew exactly what was happening. What impressed me most was their honesty and dedication. So I hit a pothole today in Marlin Texas… it popped my tire to one of my new 26 inch rims and tires that I got in Lubbock a few days ago I’m so glad they talked to me into getting a warranty for my tires which was a bit expensive but it already paid for itself They directed me to a shop in Waco, Texas and they warrantied my tire as promised and I was out out of there in about 30 minutes. Didn’t have to come out of pocket a dime. I highly recommend these people. They took care of me without any issues. And got me back on the road thank you guys so much. I was so worried.!!!

I had a great experience at Texas Tire Shop in Waco with Rashid. I was completely on 0 with my tire and honestly in a stressful situation, but they were the only tire shop open and willing to help. As soon as I pulled up, they got me taken care of right away and had me in and out in about 5 minutes. The service was fast, professional, and they really came through when I needed it most. I truly appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing quick and reliable tire service.

Hubby bought a set of tires from here a while back & we went to get them rotated. They were great. We were in & out, it didn't take very long at all. Great service 👏

I had my vehicle towed to this location because I had a blown tire. I told the employee that the tire will come off the rim if he drives the vehicle into the bay but he insisted to do so. Long story short, he drove the car and scratched the front fender to the rocker panel. He kept apologizing for damaging my vehicle and I told him that it’s ok as long as they fix the damage. The manager Justino told me to call corporate and they would get my vehicle fixed. The lady from corporate told me they could only approve me for a $150 without even seeing pictures or an estimate. When I told her that those damages are way more than $150 she told me there is nothing else they could do and hung up in my face. Would not recommend going here to anyone.
