5 STARS, 5 STARS, 5 STARS 01/11/2023 If your looking for a car look no further this is the dealership you want to go to (use me as a reference) They also buy vehicles and accept trade-ins!!! I was interested in a vehicle they had but it was at the Tulsa location but they delivered it the next day to the shop here in Wichita. The staff was very helpful I went and spoke to **JORDAN LOWTHER** he helped me get the car I wanted. He worked with my bad credit and other financial difficulties and I was able to get the vehicle I wanted on my birthday!!! He even stayed after closing hours while I finalized all the paperwork!! A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF THERE, THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL AND HAVE A COOL AND FRIENDLY MASCOT!!!

Easy online application process, in which I did receive a call from a representative named Jenna. Very sweet lady seemed very helpful. However, I went to the local lot and keeping in mind it's fairly new here, they made me feel like I was a bother to the two gentlemen working. I gave them everything requested and have yet to hear back from them. Jenna has called since then and I explained the ordeal and no response yet from anyone. My conclusion is if you have wonderful credit they may help you better than having poor credit like their site advertises. Oh well, best of luck to anyone working with them or trying too. Hope you get further in the car buying process than I was able to.
