Ray has come to my rescue multiple times, offering his assistance with towing services. On one occasion, my car broke down due to mechanical issues, and on another, I had two flat tires. Ray was incredibly communicative, informing me promptly about his availability to tow me without any hassle.
Towed my car. Got here at 10 PM. AT 1 AM called to let them know he could not unhook the car. The boss I guess showed up at 2AM after a irate call from me at 1AM. I crawled under that car with my tools to try and get it off. The boss man from I see is taking pics to protect his butt. At which point I started videoing everything. They hooked the car wrong and the boss wanted to argue with the driver instead of getting his butt here earlier to take care of the problem. So at 2:30 AM it is finally done. Will never use them again.
TexStar answered our call at 4:40 am quickly and without being put on hold. We had driver dispatched and in contact with us within 10 mins and to our location within 30 mins from contact. Thank you for the early morning rescue, Ray!
These men have done good for me. I called and gave them the to and from location was quoted right then and there and the rollback was there within the hour. Smooth and simple operation.
