I needed new tires and my husband happened to stop by here to drop a friend off and we got a very great quote from Nathan. We were able to get in the next day and have our tires changed, and aligned. It was about an hour so relatively quick and their waiting room is very clean and they offer snacks and drinks. When checking out Nathan answered all of our questions we had and we will absolutely be going back for additional services in the future.

I had an exceptional experience buying tires here--both Nate the store manager and Josh were phenomenal and so helpful to work with. I got a great deal on tires, too! The Kumho deal is the best around town. Get it while it lasts! Great local tire/auto shop. Thanks for the great experience guys!

Went into store as their ad says for oil change deal. 2 hours and 45 minutes before closing of the store. They said they were full and couldn’t take any more walk-ins that day and I said I understand but can I get a rain check on the price and he says no that price is only for today. This wasn’t just this location the Ham Lake location said the same thing at same time. I guess their idea of customer service isn’t what mine was when I ran a business.

They are the equivalent of the guy you talk to behind the counter at oreillys, I called them, they said they could do it(basic alignment on a lifted truck omg scary I know) then I get there and he lies straight to my face saying he can’t do it because the machine won’t let him input anything but oem specs(I had the spec sheet for my alignment and it is oem specs), didn’t even look at it, attempt to do it just heard “lift” in person and said no. Keep in mind on the phone it was “well even if it doesn’t work we will give it a shot” this is absolute joke of a place and the way he talked about the alignment rack he either doesn’t know anything about cars or he is just the guy who answers the phone. Really glad I found this place. They're fast, inexpensive, and easy to work with. Probably the biggest factor is I trust them. I've been there 4 times now, and never felt they overcharged or recommended and unnecessary service.
