Sherman is awesome! He told me that they don't normally work on classic vehicles, but they made an exception to help me with my '75 Pontiac Bluesmobile. He was very good witb regular communications and they did a great job on the trans service I brought it in for. Added note that the detailed list of recommendations from the inspection was extremley helpful since I do a lot of my own repairs.
These guys were amazing! I’ve always been concerned about “local guys” so have only taken my cars to big box places. Never again. These guys have a customer for life. Super knowledgeable and willing to look at everything. I brought in a car for issues with emissions. Not only were they going to look at that but they looked at so much more showing me things I had no clue about.
Highly recommend TH Automotive to anyone that asks - Shawn’s been so incredibly easy to work with and honest. We have trusted Shawn with my truck for years now, We value having someone transparent and helpful, timely and efficient for maintenance and repair.
Love this place!! I’ve been looking for a reliable, independent shop after years of inconsistent service at the larger chains. Normally, I prepare to be met with tons of skepticism when I inform a shop about relevant repairs I’ve done myself, but that wasn’t my experience at THAuto. Sherman went above and beyond to help me save my (beloved) 26 yr old car. He was extremely friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, and I felt like my car was in great hands the entire time. He even gave me lots of great advice for some of the repairs I decided to do myself. Thank you Sherman and team for all your support and guidance! Recommending THAuto to everyone I know—especially the women in my life that are nervous their mechanics won’t take them seriously!!
TH Auto is an incredible shop!! They are trustworthy, reliable, honest and some of the nicest people I’ve met! They always get me in right away, and can fix anything and everything!
