Thad Ziegler Glass

I visited the store off Jackson Keller on 01/23/2025 and spoke with Laura. I stated I need glass for an aquarium lid. I showed her pictures I had taken with a measuring tape. The length approximately 28 5/8" and width approximately 10 7/8". I requested this be cut lengthwise into two pieces. Piece one, 28 5/8" by 4" and piece two 28 5/8" by 6 7/8". She spoke very fast and I felt quite rushed. After I left the store she called within 20 minutes to let me know they could deliver it today. Great! Why I didn't stay at the store, I don't know. I wish I had. The gentleman that arrived presented a comically small piece of glass. Approximately 9" by 4". I laughed. Very disappointed in this Jackson-Keller location vendor. Went in 2 days ago to order 8 panes of cabinet glass, paid--followed up this morning on my order and left a message with answering service. 3 hours later, one of the office ladies returned my call, stating that the order "did not go through" since 4 of the panes were not large enough to meet their minimum, and they would need to send it elsewhere to process--delay of the order by another week. Good thing I called, or she wouldn't have known that it was "on hold." I asked if I could cancel the order-which they did. I drove over to the shop to be sure I had the cancellation/credit in hand. Wonderful service. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In particular Laura, sitting at the front desk who is one of the busiest people I have ever met. The windshield replacement was completed quickly without any delay or issues. Thank you so much for quality customer service.
