That Glass Place

Just had my windshield replacement completed and it was a breeze, they came to me, got right to work with out any distraction. Super happy I chose THAT GLASS PLACE. Reception was friendly, knowledgeable and fast too

The team at That Glass Place is top notch. My rear passenger window needed replacement after my car was broken into. I requested OEM certified glass to ensure the tint was the same match, which required ordering. Despite delays (due to global supply chain shortages, not their fault) I was receiving almost daily updates from Mary which was important customer service. Then the actual install today in person was super easy & efficient. I highly recommend That Glass Place.

My auto repair shop recommended That Glass Place to replace a broken windshield. Melinda very patiently listened to my concerns and answered my questions each time I called. The morning of the scheduled repair, something came up at work that was going to make it a challenge to keep the appointment, but I told Melinda I would somehow make it work. A short while later I realized I didn't have to. The guys changed their schedule with very little notice and came early to accommodate my needs. To me, that's customer service at its best.

Great service at a great price. That Glass Place gave me a quote comparable to at-location services, but were willing to come to my house at no extra charge. Replaced the windshield within an hour and gave advice on other parts that could be serviced. They even attached my EZPass to the new windshield.

OMG this place is awesome. The receptionist talked me off a ledge when I was trying to navigate a windshield replacement. I was literately in tears before I called That Glass Place and she calmed me down. Great service, and successfully replaced my windshield. And then when I needed the records because I lost my copy from 2 years prior they were able to pull it right up and send it to me! I highly recommend these people!
