Most body shops are bad and I’ve heard stories of cars not getting repaired properly. But this one takes the cake. I was sitting at the shop for months only to get it back and not be repaired properly. I had some hesitations and something kept telling me not to let the tow company bring my vehicle here and I should’ve listened. Worst mistake. I recommend to everyone to stay away from this shop if you value your car. They are so proud of the plaques on the walls and use that to show “how good we are, and recognized, and do everything right” but it’s only because of the Champion Collision name that’s all. Just like every other body shop horror stories of them getting rich off overcharging insurance companies

This is by far one of the most unethical body shops I’ve ever dealt with. Prices change every other day depending on who’s paying — one amount when insurance is involved, a completely different number when it’s coming out of your pocket. Nothing is consistent, nothing is transparent, and nothing feels legitimate. They will quote you one price, then suddenly raise it with zero explanation. There is no accountability and no professionalism. To make it worse, they are not even registered with the US DOT, which should be a massive red flag to anyone considering doing business here. Mikey took care of everything. He made sure that the car came out great and even buffed out some scratches that I had on my rear bumper on the opposite side of the damage. I sent my dad to this shop to repaint his car and they have stood by their work since day 1! Always responsive and sent photos throughout the process.. Miami is a tough place with body shops and 1 Auto made me feel much easier about it.
