The Alignment Guy

When I pulled up to Mr.Brett's shop, my C4's alignment was so out of wack it's a miracle it was still roadworthy. If you want a man who does the job right the first time, this is the guy. Has a monumental amount of knowledge on alignment and suspension, only something you can get from a guy with 20 years and more of experience. Doesn't give up till the car is absolutely dialed exactly where he wants it, based on the way you drive the car. Doesn't hesitate to offer opinions and honest advice, charges very reasonably especially for the quality of work you get at the end of the day. He's worth every penny.

Imma drop a five star, only because I feel wrong leaving a one. Just trying to post my experience here. Might be isolated. Anyways. After setting an appointment a week in advance. I showed up at the appointment at 9 thinking I might’ve heard wrong on the phone I waited till 10 for someone to roll up. No one ever came. Confused, I just decided to go elsewhere. It’s a shame because I wanted to find a dedicated alignment guy near me. Over the phone he sounded knowledgeable and relaxed. I will say after calling around, I was sure he could do alignments on vehicles with aftermarket suspension. So if that’s what you’re looking for. You might have better luck than me 🤷🏻

Went to his shop for a steering wheel alignment issue on my 2006 Ford F150 but he never resolved it. I had a 9:00 appointment and arrived early actually before he was even open. When he arrived he pretty much totally ignored me and was frustrated when I told him I was going to wait on my vehicle to be done and I couldn't just leave it. Finally around 9:45 after he was done ignoring me he got in my truck drove it around the block and said there was no problem with it. I could tell he didn't want to work on my vehicle while I waited anyway so I kind of wasn't surprised when he lied to me about there not being a problem. What a damn joke.

Let me start off by saying Brett’s work is absolutely phenomenal and speaks for itself. I brought in my 2013 ram 2500 with a bunch of new front end parts and it still rode like a boat on a windy day going down the road. He was super honest and very fair on his pricing, and now my truck lifted and on 24 inch rims rides like a corvette down the road. Brett is super intelligent and I can tell has plenty of allignment experience, don’t even waste your time with any other alignment shop in town this is by far the best my truck has ever handled or road since I bought it in May of last year. No doubt will I be returning for future work and be recommending to others.

Great shop and great customer service. Owner is very knowledgeable about alignments and suspension systems on vehicles. I have had my truck too 6 different shops in the past three years, trying to get the alignment right. One day at his shop and now the truck drives better than it ever has. Would recommend this shop to anyone!!
