The Arbors at On Top of the World (Private)

They have every thing you can imagine in this retirement community. It's very safe and secure and very lively for a retirement community. It's for 55 yrs and older. I got a chance to visit my aunt and go swimming and it was absolutely beautiful. She showed me all around.. I wish I was retired now myself lol it was so nice. They have any activity you can name and access to everything you need. Its pretty fabulous to live on top of the world. These ppl are very lucky at have all these amenities right in one place. Wonderful community to stay in.

Ken colen just keeps jacking up the HOA fees constantly into the stratosphere making this community unaffordable insanely high-priced with the HOA fees it is becoming one of the highest priced 55 plus communities in Marion County and becoming very unappealing place to live at with such high Non-Stop HOA fee increases I guess Ken colen must think that everyone here is related to the Rockefellers or the Buffett family there are a lot of other communities with way lower HOA fees that still offer a lot of amenities eventually this community will this be priced out of the reach of most people the way it's going which is really sad but that's the way it is I guess Ken colen really needs that extra money constantly so he can build out those 5,000 homes over in Calesa. Easy parking, always activities going on, good staff.

I love the indoor pool.

Gym is well equipped.
