The Auto Doc

Just moved to the area and dropped my car off for an oil change, not asking the price beforehand. Came back and was told my fluids were topped off in addition to oil being changed, and the bill was $140 + tax + a credit card fee. Called my old shop across town and asked what he charges for the exact same service. $80 at the most he said. Not feeling great about this experience and will not be back.

Brought my car to The Auto Doc because my car kept overheating, I spoke with Joe about the issue & he said he'd look at it & he wouldn't charge me diagnostics fee since I was a first time customer. After looking over my vehicle Joe called me back & told me what he thought the issues could be, he didn't know for sure what they'd be because he didn't even do a diagnostics test like he said he would, over the phone he told me that he wouldn't have time to do the repairs for a few weeks but earlier this morning he stated that once he found out what the issue were worst case scenario he wouldn't have the parts until tomorrow but now he tells me over the phone that he wouldn't even be able to repair the car for another few weeks because he's all booked up but mind you I just said what he told me

These guys are great. They are the honest neighborhood mechanics you look for when you move to a new community. Funny and good for conversation. I just got my car inspected and there was a little rattle from my back end. They checked it out, found a loose bolt, showed me what it was and tightened it up without gouging me for any additional labor. Just some decent guys doing a quality service for the community. They also recommended a local motorcycle shop so I could get new tires. Highly recommend them for any new residents in the area.

Reasonable prices, timely service and HONEST! my husband often works on cars, and he checked mine out before we sent it to Auto Doc to get fixed up. We didn't have time to fix it ourselves and I needed to get my inspection passed so I just sucked it up and went in knowing what was wrong with it. Auto Doc didn't come up with anything else other than the two problems that we knew we had. Got to love and honest mechanic!
