I did a DIY replacement for a part on my Sprinter but Mercedes requires it to be programmed...(gotta love these new cars). Most dealers would charge you their hourly rate to do this but Mike and team charged me 1/3 of what the dealer would and they did it super fast. You don't see that level of fairness these days. Thank you!

Easy appointment 👌 Showed up dropped off my GLS 580 and got a ride back to work. Work was done promptly and professionally also saved me a trip to SLO. I knew my car was due for service. I found Autobahn and saw they had good reviews. I now know why. They are thorough and friendly and have great customer technology! I was able to review all they found and the estimated prices through a text and website. I was able to say yes or no and click “Submit”. So easy. And the descriptions of what they found were not so technical that me as a “non mechanic” wouldn’t understand. That was nice. When I picked up my car, the woman at the front desk was really nice and understood that I needed to say no to a few things since it was getting pricey. She said what I declined for now were the right ones, so I felt validated. Haha. And she recommended what of those items would be higher priority when I was ready, which I really appreciated.
