My order was out of stock and they let me know swiftly that it had to be cancelled and they issued a refund also in a timely manner. Also every time o left a message when I couldn’t reach someone they called me back asap to talk to me about my prefer. Great service
Ordered a part a week ago. Have reached out and have heard nothing. Let me know if it's shipped/tracking/ anything. I will update this review if it's resolved. Otherwise, do NOT use them
I ordered a replacement bumper but found another one locally so canceled the order. A refund was processed promptly and I am happy with the results.
Ordered a part for my car but ended up not needing it. They quickly took care of the issue. The customer service was great and they did everything in a timely manner!
Ordering experience and accuracy of order was good. The communication after the ordering process could use some work. Had to ask for an update before hearing anything about my order. They responded quickly and a day or two later received my order. I would use them again if i have a need.
