This is an outstanding 5 star business and facility. The owner Mike put a lot of time, thought and money into creating this type of self car washing / detailing facility. It’s truly magnificent and he thought of everything you could possibly need. Although I have all the tools to detail my car at home in my driveway, and it’s cool winter weather, I still prefer using The Bay’s Mesa. It’s very peaceful at this location but I can play music if I want too. I like the plastic grates on the floor as opposed to cement, nice touch. Although the weather is cool now this place is air conditioned for the hot months! It’s a 10x better experience washing my car here as opposed to a driveway or a scratch-o-matic drive through car wash. I’m so impressed that I bought a year membership to wash and det

Amazing work done by The Bays Mesa. We brought in our minivan and we have 5 kids. It was a mess. Mike took care of us and got it looking like brand new. We were shocked at how nice it looked after a detailing. Thank you so much. Very pleased with the work completed.

Had a great time at The Bays! The fact I can clean my car indoors here in Arizona was a no-brainer for me, but the vibe, the coffee, just the overall experience was unmatched. Mike was great! Lots of experience to talk shop, but just a good human to hang with!

The Bays is an awesome facility for anyone that wants to have a place to learn and take care of their car in good company! A great option for anyone that doesn’t want to invest in all of the equipment or doesn’t have a good place to wash/detail. I will continue coming back here to learn and wash my Macan!

I took my 2023 Heritage edition bronco to Mike because I could tellafter taking it to the local car wash, it was showing some signs of paint damage. This is the first vehicle I've ever owned that I really cared about and I really want to keep it nice for a long time. I wanted to be sure that I was taking it to the right guy and boy is Mike the right guy. Literally it looks better than you. Since I got it back, I've had so many people stop and comment on how great it looks. Now I'm going to see if he can rescue my wife's Truck which will be a much more difficult project. I have 100% confidence that Mike will get it looking the best it possibly can.
