I highly recommend Peter and The Benz Shop he truly sets the bar for what luxury service should be. I went in for Service A, brakes and rotors, a new battery, and everything was done in just a few hours. My car feels brand new again! Peter is attentive, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond. The customer service is exceptional, the shop is clean and welcoming, and the prices are far better than the dealership—I saved a lot and had a much smoother experience. I have to say, my experience at The Benz Shop was excellent from start to finish. I originally went to Mercedes-Benz for this repair, but they didn’t get the job done right. I had to bring my car back twice, and on top of that, they gave me an outrageous estimate for the same work. A friend recommended Peter at The Benz Shop, and I’m really glad I listened. From the moment I got there, he was straightforward, honest, and didn’t waste my time. He showed me exactly what needed to be fixed, gave me a very fair and competitive estimate—definitely much lower than the dealership—and got the job done the same day.
