John was able to get me in the next morning to install a Borla cat-back. He was knowledgeable and quick, getting it done in less than an hour. His price was beyond reasonable, and he saved be considerable frustration since there was an unforeseen problem where he had the right tools and I would have been stuck had I done this job myself. Our old farm truck needed a new muffler and tailpipe system. We communicated with John over a period of about 60 days, trying to get the truck in between harvest and planting. He was GREAT! The truck was in and out of the shop in less than 6 hours. He did a really nice quality job, and this was not an easy job, dual exhaust through some pretty tight spots, to keep the system out of the hay. His estimate was very fair, upfront and stated clearly before we even brought the truck into the shop. John knew exactly what we needed. The final bill ended up being LESS than the estimate. John was extremely nice and attentive. I went up to the shop and talked about an estimate for my muffler work. He did a quick and thorough look at my problem, gave me a estimate and we set an appointment that worked for both of us. Showed up for the appointment, he was attentive and ready.
