I had an excellent experience with BMW Cincinnati Service. From the moment I arrived early in the morning, the team took great care of me. I was kept updated on my car’s status the entire time, and they even provided an unexpected but amazing loaner, the latest 7 Series electric. It turned what could’ve been an inconvenience into a fun, productive day! I got to handle all my errands and business with zero hassle. Truly top-notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was very friendly and super to work with. Very upfront with the deal we made and they really bent over backwards to make it work for me. The extent they went to to make the deal happen was phenomenal! Can't say enough good things about the BMW Store Staff & Managers. For example: I live clear up in Columbus, and they actually drove up here to get my trade in. In fact, they have a shuttle/valet service that comes clear up to Columbus. Unbelievable! Oh, and it's worth it to visit the store and see the awesome collection of BMWs! Thanks to Hank for all the hard work and George for helping out! And the M3 I bought, I absolutely LOVE this car!! It's beautiful.

Everyone we encountered at Cincinnati Mini was really amazing. The communication all around was great especially from Joey Rhodes, our advisor. The car we initially came to look at was sold before we got there. He let us know before we left our home and worked hard (but not pushy at all) to help us find an even better car for us. The manager that day and finance lead were also great, finding a way to maximize our trade and making the whole process as easy as car buying can be. Jack the product specialist was patient and worked to make sure we were both setup in the car. This was a really great personalized experience which is hard to find these days! Corey was professional, transparent, and made sure I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Tyler did an amazing job on my M3, the car feels great and is clearly in excellent health thanks to his attention to detail. I have absolutely no complaints and will be bringing my car here for any future service needs. It’s rare to find a team that combines this level of skill and genuine care for the customer.
