The BMW Store Service Department

I had VALET PARKING MODE issue. I went there on Saturday morning July 5th, 2025 to show them what they can do to fix the problem. Unfortunately, Nick didn’t have his team to look at it of because the holiday. Nick emailed me on Monday to drop off the car. I dropped it off on Tuesday and on Wednesday by noon, the problem was solved. I was so happy for the service. Excellent service from everyone. Thank you so much Nick Walsh !

Jeremy has been great from the start with all my needs for my 23 BMW 760. He is always prompt, gets me a loaner car, and goes beyond to make sure I’m happy. I get videos from the mechanic text messaged to me explaining and showing my needs for the car. It’s the best service experience I’ve ever had. Great Job everyone! I would highly recommend!

Hands down the best service possible from everyone I have came into contact with. Nick the service manager is great, Joe was my service advisor and genuinely wants your experience to be the best and it shows. No surprises and never pushy but they are very informative. As work is performed they will send you a video from under your car. If you care about what you drive this is a game changer. Most of the people that are here have worked here for years and years so your experience stays consistent and phenomenal. Love this place!!

Disappointed with BMW's Lack of Customer Service I expected more from a brand with the reputation and premium price tag of BMW, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After dropped calls from being on hold and lack of professionalism from an arrogant manager I had spoken with to resolve a maintenance issue, it became clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. There was a clear lack of accountability—no one took ownership of the issue, and responses often felt like canned scripts rather than genuine attempts to come up with a solution. Even worse, some staff acted with a level of unprofessionalism that’s shocking for a luxury brand. I felt dismissed, patronized, and in some instances, outright ignored. The experience
