Amazing craftsmanship in bodywork and paint. I have always been skeptical with many shops in terms of work and quality and it only took 1 tree branch to force me to face the fears of shoddy work, unmatched paint, and terrible orange peel. Needless to say my fears are put aside and I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I will be coming here for any future needed body repairs and will highly recommend TBS to anyone :)

After my car accident, I was really shaken up, but The Body Shop in Garland made the entire repair process so smooth and stress-free. From the very start, their team was responsive and got me in quickly. The whole process was seamless, and I was given a reasonable estimated completion date of 3/11—but to my surprise, they finished even earlier! The pickup process was quick and hassle-free, and when I saw my car, I was beyond impressed. It looked shiny, beautiful, and just like new! I truly feel like I got my car back in the best condition possible. Huge thanks to the team for their professionalism, efficiency, and top-notch work. I wanted to tell everyone how nice it was to work with your company. Great communication, respectful, honest and fast. After reading some of the reviews I was nervous that they would give me the run around about extta money then what my deductible was but they never did. Months later no extra bills.

Kept me updated through the process and was even finished with my car before the predicted date. I went for a small paint correction and rim repair, and they completely detailed my car inside and out. Great place

I would honestly bring my car anywhere else but here ever again. First argument i had with then was that my car had been in the alignment shop for 3 days straight. Then they waited til last minute before they close to call me and tell me it was ready. Finally i go pick up the car and tell me that it would be $1,000. I politely explained to them that the insurance said it would be $250 deductible. They then told me that it didnt matter becaude the $1,000 is what they charge. I got left without a car for the weekend due to this. Once the insurance got back in touch they tried ignoring it again. Within a week of having the car back the windshield washer tank fell off and destroyed the bumper and when i tried to get the warranty they said they wont warranty any damaged parts. So i repeat DO NO
