The Body Shop of Yuba City

I was recently T-boned by someone who ran a stop sign, and found this place on google while looking for a shop to get my car repaired at. It was definitely a good decision to make! They sent the estimate to my insurance and took my car in pretty much right away. They did an amazing job with my car, it looks good as new. Even gave me an air freshener in my car when I picked it up which was a nice touch! Such a great crew here and Johnny was very friendly and kind! I will definitely be coming back if I ever need to.

I’ve been lucky enough to work with Johnny and Body Shop team twice now. When my car was hit this most recent time, I knew exactly who I could trust. In fact, even while I’m 5 hours away at college, I knew it was worth the drive to get my work done at the Body Shop. Johnny gave me a thorough estimate and even helped by facilitating receiving payment from the gentleman that hit me. He communicated throughout the process and left no question unanswered. Their work is efficient and top quality. I’m so happy to have my car back in one piece and cannot thank the body shop team enough!

Consumer Beware! Poor quality paint and to top it off, their Lifetime Warranty does not mean what it implies, at this shop. I had them do some front fender repairs some years ago... and within a year or so, there were more than half a dozen rock chips. Years later, I finally.... got sick of looking at it and went over there expecting to set up an appointment to have their shabby work repaired. Johnny, who was then the shop manager, informed me that he bought The Body Shop in 2022, and therefore would not honor the Lifetime Warranty he himself told me I had at the time of the repair, under previous ownership. So apparently a Lifetime warranty is only as long as the current owner owns the business. Even IF that's a legal loophole, it's bad business and no way to treat the locals in a small t

The Body Shop did a great job repainting my Dodge pickup. The end result was better than I expected. Johnny, the owner, went above and beyond with updates and photos shared with me throughout the process. I highly recommend The Body Shop and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Johnny is such an amazing human!!! He took the time to text with me about a question I had. He then offered to fix my dent in my door free of charge. He did a great job and was quick and extremely kind. Also side note, the inside of his shop is super fun. Lots of cool stuff to look at and very friendly staff to boot!!
