The Car Care Center

Went here for the usual maintenance and was happy with my service! I asked them about checking extra things and they communicated beautifully about what needed to be done and what wasn’t. They didn’t over charge for anything unnecessary and took great care of my car! The drop off and pick up were both seamless. The young lady at the front desk was an absolute doll and a joy to deal with! Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back in the future.

They were plenty nice, but caught them trying to charge me $900 for a $12 part and recommending other "extra parts" my car repair didn't need. They were supposed to send me pictures, which I asked for 3 different times on 3 different days and they never sent them. After a week my vehicle still wasn't repaired and they didn't have any valid excuse so I took my car somewhere else. They were suppose to pick me up, but sent an uber which I could have done myself but their uber never showed up. 100% do not bring your vehicle here

Alabama Avenue location. Excellent people. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Over the last few months I have had several of my vehicles serviced here for various issues and I have not been disappointed at all. I used to have a main mechanic that I went to but his business closed and I had been searching for a reliable place to go. I had been to at least 4 different garages and very quickly grew dissatisfied with them. A family member suggested Car Care Center to me and I tried them out and I have been going back ever since. You can make an appointment on line and they hold to it. I've had some places take an appointment and days later they hadn't even started looking at the car. They are always thorough and honest about what's needed and I never feel that they are digging for profi

These folks did us a serious solid. We were passing thru Nashville when our car started throwing scary brake warning lights. Stopped here in hopes they’d take pity on us (did I mention we were on the way to a funeral?) and take a look. They were booked solid when we walked in but hallelujah, they managed to squeeze us in anyway. Thankfully the issue wasn’t as scary as it seemed, but all was taken care of quickly, explained clearly and respectfully (I was there with my husband, and they actually spoke to me about the issue, and not just him. Ladies, you know how rare that is.), and the cost was blissfully reasonable. Also their bathroom was pristine (ladies, you know how rare that is too). It couldn’t have worked out better, and man, I am so glad we went here instead of a dealer.

I've had my Acura serviced here many times and they always take great care of me and my car. They are knowledgable, friendly, and provide quality service. It's hard to find a reliable car place, and I'm so grateful to have found the Car Care Center!
