The Car Doc Mobile Mechanic

Omar is an amazing mechanic who provides excellent customer service. He came to our place the day before thanksgiving and completed the job on thanksgiving day. He found the root of the issue and explained it to me in a way I understood. He sent me videos and pictures and comparisons on a proper part should look and sound vs how my part looks and sounds. My car was pretty bad. He gave me excellent pricing and demonstrated solid work ethic by having our car ready the next day. Cannot recommend him enough! I’m so Thankful to have found him the day before thanksgiving!

Omar is absolutely one of the best person I have ever dealt in a business situation. I'm 62 so that's a strong statement from a grumpy old guy. I had contacted him in regards to what I thought was a leak in my radiator but he immediately said yes the radiator had a small leak but he showed me that the problem was a major leak by the thermostat. He gave me the choice on the replacement of the radiator and we decided to get it all done at once. My vehicle is a 2014 Ford Expedition which i love but I saw what a incredible pain it was to get to the thermostat. He charged me the service rate for these jobs which was 7.1 but he was working on my vehicle several hours more than that at no extra charge. Omar was amazing! He helped me find a part for my vehicle that I was able to purchase myself for very cheap, and then he installed it for me at a very reasonable price. He was extremely flexible and willing to meet at whatever time worked for me. On top of that, he did a great job—super nice, friendly, and professional. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and would tell people to go to him first.

Omar did fantastic for us. Reached out to have him change the oil and serpentine belt on my Mazda and he did a really good job and got me in and done quickly. Price was way cheaper than we found at other places and service was better. Will be using the car doc for all my car needs!

Very respectful and helpful young man! I needed the spark plugs changed on my Mercedes which isn’t an easy job. Finished my car efficiently without a hassle. Prices are reasonable. Quick response time and very professional. Highly recommend and would do business again!
