The Car Doctor

I called the Car Doctor thru a referral concerning a black fluid leaking from under a 1998 Oldsmobile Integra with 60000 original miles and garage kept condition. He stated that it could be a blown valve gasket but wasn't sure until he had a chance to look at it. He stated that I could drive the car to his shop because I was closed by, just check oil and transmission levels first. He called me the same day and said it was not a blown valve gasket but I needed a radiator flush do to old original antifreeze. This was definitely good news.He not only checked that problem but gave the car a good once over and noticed a few other issues.He replaced the serpentine belt and radiator cap using good quality parts. I appreciated Jack's interest in the car and in me as a customer.

My original experience was a positive one as Jack fixed my truck with Car Shield. He expressed his issues with Car Shield several times so I paid the overage that he requested that Car Shield did not cover . Most customer would not do that but I did every time I had my truck repaired by Jack. I thought we had developed a good relationship to the point I brought my second vehicle to him to be repaired. During this last repair I had an AC issue. Jack diagnosed it as an Oring issue. I paid him cash. He also fixed another issue with my coolant tank. My AC went out the next day, I brought it back immediately and it sat for weeks as he says he was waiting on parts, never told me what the issue was. I picked up my truck and waited an additional month and called back to get update. He says he was

Can’t say enough about how great of service the Car Doctor provided. Same day service on a short notice call and dropped me off at my house. He’s straight up and doesn’t over charge. He’ll be getting all the service from my family’s cars in the future!

Jack is the best person in Williamsburg for anything and everything Honda. He's a Honda expert and has saved me countless dollars by finding more economical solutions that the dealer would never even look for. I can't say enough good things about him. 3/2022 UPDATE: Just dropped by unannounced and showed Jack that my dashboard brake light never turns off. He immediately proceeds to open the hood and fills the brake fluid reservoir container with sufficient brake fluid. And just like that, and for free, Jack ensured that my Honda would be passing next month's State Inspection!
