My family was in search of a reasonable professional shop to take care of our issue. A quick 5⭐️ Google search led me to them. Greg and his team were kind and knowledgeable. We made an appointment and Trevor got the issue fixed within the same day. We were highly pleased and satisfied with the service and price. We would bring our other vehicles if needed. This was my first time taking my car here. When I called to make an appointment, I spoke to the kindest gentleman who was very excited that I was a new customer bringing my car to them. He gave me open appointment times for that very next day, which I thought was extremely helpful. I got a simple text reminder about my appointment the next day that I was very appreciative of. When I was there for my appointment, the staff could not have been any kinder. They went above and beyond to help me when I asked if there was a private room where I could make a work related call in. They even put a note up on the door so that no one would disturb me which I thought was the sweetest thing. They immediately assigned someone to start working on my car as soon as I got there. They completed everything

I had a great experience with the car guys. They replaced my breaks in one day and they even gave me two discounts on top of the already reduced price. I am very happy with the result. This is the best car repair shop in Wilmington. The customer service is great and most importantly the entire team is fair and honest.

They found the problem, explained it to me in clear layman terms, and did nothing without checking with me first. Every person I had contact with was courteous and never condescending. This is my go-to for "omg my registration is expired, I need an inspection ASAP." They have always found an appointment for me within a couple days. All my experiences with staff have been lovely. The waiting area is nothing fancy, but it's clean and they have water and coffee. I had to bring my sick kid with me at the last second, and everyone was very sympathetic and kind and they got me in and out in record time.
