@ The Car Wash

Used to be my main go to car wash. This is the second time I get a silver service and they don’t full wipe down the car. Clearly I know it doesn’t get full amoral in the interior but the fact it wasn’t properly wiped down for the $36 is complete bs. They’re not the same anymore

Came to get my pick up washed today. Been here 3xs and today the gentleman who was drying my truck realized they didn’t wash the top or the bed cover. Gentleman grabbed a chair to reach what wasn’t washed. Cashier came and started yelling at me PUBLICLY accusing and tell me if something happens to one of the workers I was going to be responsible. I never told the gentleman to grab a chair and I explained it and the gentleman confirmed. I asked her for her name and refused to give it. She did give me the owners name but she kept yelling and stated to call the police I told her that I was fine with it. She got confirmation from the gentleman HE asked and grabbed the chair.

Paid for full service interior and exterior. They didn’t dry the exterior well wet spots were still in my windows. The interior wasn’t even touched there was still dust on my dashboard and spots of dirt on the drivers car door. There goes 16 dollars out the window. Horrible service.

They didn’t clean the inside correctly the also left dirt and spots on rear view mirrors and tailgate. The manager/cashier could care less.

I went to this car wash today to have a silver wash . The vacuum was good but they broke my back seat I'm not able to fix. My husband noticed the wash and dry was done badly . I won't come back here again.
