The Care Shop

I can confidently say The Care Shop is a reputable and trustworthy car shop. Mark and Rose, the owners, are great people who run their business with honesty and integrity. They take the time to explain things, never pressure you, and clearly care about their customers. I have not only experienced it myself but have known others to take their cars to them to find out other mechanics were definitely over charging them. To have a shop that I’ve been taking my car to for 20 years is amazing! It’s refreshing to find a shop like this—I highly recommend them.

Mark is awesome! Very honest and nice guy. I would say the best owner I have ever encountered. He diagnosed the issue of my car, communicated and suggested very clearly. And, he did not charge any additional fees.

The only Shop that I know are honest about serving and repairing your truck or auto. I always take my cars, truck for Oil change and including safety check. It's always cheaper to make repairs when needed, before turning into costly repairs.

This has been my mechanic for my whole family for over a decade and you can't go wrong here. Mark and Rose are the best and always fair on the pricing. In a city full of crappy dealerships that can't charge enough The Care Shop is your oasis!

I can't say enough good things about The Care Shop. The only regret I have is not finding them years ago! They never try to upsell you on repairs you don't need and if something can wait a few thousand miles, Mark will let you know. I commented on that once and he said that he lives in the community and he wouldn't feel right about overcharging or upselling someone he might run into at the grocery store. They will always be my first call when something needs work.
