September 5, 2025 – I had a great experience with Juan at Certified Mobile Mechanic. He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. We originally thought our vehicle needed a new alternator, but Juan quickly diagnosed the real issue—a bad battery—saving us unnecessary expense. His honesty and transparency were refreshing, and his pricing was more than fair. Juan was organized, respectful, and left the job site clean. He kept me informed throughout the process with clear and detailed text communication. On top of being an excellent mechanic, he’s also a genuinely nice guy—easy to talk to, patient, and professional. I’ll definitely be calling Juan again for future auto repair needs. So I needed a mobile mechanic as it became more difficult to go to my mechanics shop. Was in the market to find someone who not only can come to me but has years of experience, licensed, and insured to work on the vehicles in the house. Juan was that person. Yes he is a very busy person and sometimes it takes a while to get an answer back but he will get back to you. Very fair pricing with quality work. He treats your vehicle like its his own. Today I had him do an oil change with filter on my moms hybrid for just under $100 and I had him change, rotate and balance the new tires for my SUV. Paid under $200. I asked for and oil change, oil filter and do tire rotation for when its due for my SUV and all together will come to under $140. Highly recommend.

Juan is absolutely incredible. We first found out about Juan through my mom's coworker and we couldn't be more grateful. We have consistently used Juan for almost 7 years for all of our cars. How we knew we would not go to anyone else? He was HONEST, which as we all know is extremely hard to find. He is upfront about everything and he is genuine. Not to mention, his work is fantastic as well. I highly recommend him to all of my family and friends because he is reliable and his work speaks for itself. It is super convenient to get your car worked out without having to leave your house! Would not trust my car with anyone but Juan.

Juan was highly recommended from someone in town...we gave him a call, described what the car sounded like over the phone and Juan assessed the situation by our description, gave us a high and low estimate, and was able to come the next morning. He was on time, very clear and upfront, no nonsense. It was an extrememly convenient and smooth experience. And his quotes are quite reasonable. Even our neighbor who is very car savvy said the price was very fair. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg because he is coming to you as an extra service- Would recommend Juan instantly to anyone.

I have use The Certified Mobile Mechanic twice so far. First time he came to my home where my car was parked. Then he realized what was the problem he changed my spark plugs and valve cover gasket. He didn't try to up sell me on any other services. He did just what he knew what was needed. Today he came to my work changed my oil, serpentine belt, alternator belt. Last minute I asked for a tire rotation which he did. Juan, is a true professional I would recommend him to anyone. Seriously an excellent mechanic an honest too. I asked him to check my water pump he didn't say yes you need to change it. He told me it's has no play it's good so don't change it just to change it.
