The Club at Boynton Beach

My parents have received amazing care in the Memory Care neighborhood. The program has a schedule of daily/houly activities that offer thought stimulation, art, music and culture. The Club has live music daily in the dining room in Assisted Living which memory care residents also get to attend. There are also special events and BBQ’s that family members can attend with their loved one. The Staff is so kind and loving towards my parents - we have been extremely happy with our experience with this exceptional team!! Highly recommend if you are in need of care for your family members.

We couldn't have found a better place for Mom. The staff at The Club are not only professional, but incredibly kind and compassionate. She loves the activities, and we've seen her become more and more engaged. It’s a huge relief to know she's in a place where she is genuinely cared for and where her independence is encouraged. The facility is clean, the food is good, and the entire staff makes both the residents and their families feel welcome and at ease. We are so grateful.

Earlier this year we had to make the difficult decision to move our father into Memory Care. After an extensive search and analysis we decided on The Club at Boynton Beach. We were apprehensive - was this the right choice, would they understand and care for our dad’s individual needs, and would they treat us all with kindness? Thankfully, The Club was very much the right choice. The staff is amazing - they care for our dad (and us) as family, they are attentive, caring and professional. I am writing to formally report an incident involving Nurse Rose, who was working in the evening shifts at the club in Boynton Beach. According to my family members, her behavior that evening was extremely unprofessional, loud, and disrespectful. The noise level was excessive and disruptive, especially considering that residents were sleeping at the time. One of my family members was awakened by the disturbance and felt distressed enough to call me, at which point I had to calm her down due to how upset she was by the situation. Additionally, my family member reported hearing Nurse Rose make highly inappropriate and offensive remarks and including the paramedics in the scene Such language is not only disrespectful but completely unacceptable in any professional healthcare environment. This is where those needing Assisted Living should live! The Club has many employees who go out of their way for the residents and their guests! Fabiola and Tina go beyond friendly and thoughtful while making sure all events are the best The Club can offer! I highly recommend The Club for families looking for the best facility for their loved one❤️🙏
