The Collision Barn

Thomas and team were great. The quality of the work was fantastic. Very please. Only recommendation is that communication could be improved. Had to call to get updates and occasionally they didn't call me when they had promised to do so. But, not a big deal.

I’ve been to The Collision Barn twice, and each time I’ve received outstanding customer service. Thomas and his team are direct communicators who go above and beyond—not only in repairing car damage but also in helping navigate the challenges of working with another party’s insurance. A special shoutout to Ken, who helped me from beginning to end with my most recent damage repair. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the experience far less stressful than it would’ve been if I had handled everything on my own. I truly appreciate all the hard work he put in to make sure my car looked like it never happened! As a young lady, it can sometimes feel intimidating to handle car repairs, but The Collision Barn has always been honest, transparent, and genuinely supportive.

I am definitely going back to The Collision Barn for additional auto repairs. Their approach toward service has given me more confidence in the life and maintenance of my 2009 Camry. In addition to knowledge of Toyota's Enhancement Program, my new driver's side rear view mirror was ordered and painted within 2 days. I stopped by so the old, cracked mirror could be quickly removed (see photo) and the new mirror installed. The Collision Barn went above and beyond, looking, finding, fixing, checking, aligning, straightening and soldering. I highly recommend this family-owned, above-and-beyond enterprise. I'll definitely be back!

This place was truly amazing, it was recommended to me from my uncle. You always hear about car mechanics and body shops horror stories, but this place was truly amazing. They walked with me the entire process. Looking at the deep scratch and pointing out what they are gonna do and how. Took 2-3 days, and after I arrived to picked up my car, it looked brand new. I was so surprised on the amazing work they did I will have before and after pictures. For anyone who hesitant on looking. Trust these photos and great comments. UPDATE 9/3/2024 I ended up getting a very little but LONG scratch on the driver side rear I believe due to a tree branch. The scratch was not visible unless you look hard enough but with me know it was there it was bothering me. I drove over and had then look at it. One

TCB was honest, straightforward, nice, and convenient from the get-go. Ken was awesome, including arranging to bring my newly-fixed, -washed, and -waxed car to me because I had to work. What a pleasure to deal with TCB. Full disclosure, I don't haggle. I drove in, they inspected what needed to be done, and told me their recommendation and price. I now have a brand new car. :)
