Got into an accident where I got hit from behind and the rear drivers side quarter panel was severely damaged. Found this shop after doing tons of research since my insurance company had trouble finding me a company that would do repairs on my bmw. From the intake, to dealing with my insurance, to keeping me updated at every step for the weeks that my car was in their shop getting repaired (they adequately warned me that between getting the parts to dealing with my insurance for payments it would take a little over 2 weeks for my car to be repaired), to getting my car back, the shop people have been extremely professional, kind, competent and knowledgeable. In my experience I have had very few interactions with company representatives of companies ranging from small family-owned businesses

I used The Collision Company for the first time ever. And it was the best experience I've ever had. From the very start, Terry, the owner, picked up my phone call and explained the entire process. He even helped me take pictures for insurance and when I wasn't given enough money, he filed a claim on my behalf and got the needed funds. The best part of the process was how responsive he was to me about where my car was in the process. If I ever sent an email with questions he responded within the hour. I always knew what was happening with my car. And the fixes are incredible. He must have an amazing team that cares about their clients which these days is hard to come by.

Just had my Porsche fixed at this facility and the work looks flawless. I was headed to another established luxury Collision Centre when my neighbour recommended I try the Collision Company. I am very happy that I did. The staff was excellent, the workmanship is excellent and they’re very friendly. Thank you guys for a job well done!

Since 2020, I’ve needed repairs to my daughter’s car and mine a total of 5 times. Fortunately, I discovered The Collision Company during COVID and now I won’t go anywhere else. The quality of their work has been outstanding, I’ve always felt like I’m getting a fair, transparent price, and repairs have been consistently completed in a timely manner. The past and current owners (Stephanie and Shawn) and their staff have been professional and easy to work with. I appreciate the fact that they’ve fought my insurance company when necessary to secure OEM parts and full payment on my claims. They even referred me to a 3rd party that helped secure an additional $5K on my diminished value claim. Consider me to be a highly satisfied customer for life!
