The Collision Repair Shop

My BMW X7 was rear ended while I was at a complete stop in traffic. At first glance it didn't appear that the damage was as significant as it turned out to be, which was over 10K. Both the shop mgr and lead mechanic were excellent in walking me through all the damage, which in part included a complete rear bumper replacement, some sensors and the muffler system and more. This was an insurance claim and my deductible was waived. I was very impressed with their service and communication, both in person and over the phone. I believe their work to be impeccable. I highly recommend this collision/repair and vehicle maintenance shop.

Excellent service- quality of work is phenomenal. Communicative through every step of my car getting fixed. My car actually looks fresh off the lot! So incredibly grateful to have my car back in a reasonable amount of time & this team is stellar - especially Lamar and Lorenzo! Definitely will be calling them if I ever find myself in a similar situation again.

What a fantastic repair shop. Honestly, this was the most professional, but friendly place of buisness I've ever dealt with; during a stressful time in life. The entire staff at -The Collision Repair Shop- were all very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained in detail and made everything very easy. These guys went above and beyond to help with insurance issues, and a car rental. The entire time, keeping me updated and in the loop. The whole process was smooth and easy. I would recommend this buisness over all others. Very satisfied.

These guy were best. From the being they set me at ease. No matter how many times l called they never made me feel like l was getting on there nerves. They always returned your call or texts. They took care of everything from towing to communicating with insurance company. Also the most important thing is that l had no vehicle while my care was being repaired, they step up an took care of that cost for me. They also cleaned my car inside an out. My car look new again.
