The Crossing at Malvern

Employees don't pay attention to the people that stay there. I delivered doordash to someone there and an elderly woman with memory problems followed me outside and asked me to call the police.. I didn't know she lived there until while I was on the phone. It wasn't until the cops got there and was talking to me and the elderly lady that Employees were around. I wasn't happy with it cause if I wasn't there she could have wondered off out

This is a great place for those who need help in their everyday life. I'm so thankful that my sister is there. She gets everything taken care of , I don't stress worrying about her. The only thing I wish they had was a lift on their can so she could do her own shopping. She needs to get out more than a Drs visit. But I'm very happy with The Crossing!!!

My grandmother once lived here for a short time. There’s a lady there named Megan, and she’s quite rude. She puts down her employees, and will talk badly about them. She’s very mentally abusive in my opinion. I went there one day and she was very rude when I was asking her a question. While I was standing there, I witnessed her talking very badly to another employee to the point I thought she was going to cry. She’s not fit at all for the job she has. The residence there are very kind! And the CNA’s have always been awesome! Overall, the living is good, but the staff needs a bit changed to make it a better place.

I have walked by get eerie evil feelings and vibes never would I want to live here or ever consider letting a loved one of mine live here! AMEN! I WILL take care of my immediate loved family always. AT Home Soul and Sole Member of ATLLC

My Dad lived here for appx. 4 years and was treated wonderfully. I feel I have to be fair and report the positive along with the negative. However, on the day he died the nurses called our Hospice Care and said we needed to find a new place to put him...that day. He would not have survived the ambulance ride. They had given us a 30 day eviction notice that morning. It appears the State was there doing an inspection.
