The Detail Shop SRM

This place is not even close to worth the money! I got a “complete detail” then came home and cleaned my car. I left with water spots on the paint, streaks on the glass, grime on the interior and along the rocker panels, and debris in the carpet. The car still had bugs splattered on the front end! To the customer service- I went to pick-up the vehicle around 4PM and was told I couldn’t pay with a credit card so I’d have to wait until tomorrow; not a huge deal, I waited till the next day and returned. When I brought up my dissatisfaction with the work I was told the boss wasn’t able to talk I’d need to leave the car again for an undetermined amount of time before checking back. They detailed my mazda this past weekend. i can almost guarantee this is the best detail i’ve ever had. The man Samuel needs a massive raise, i’ve never been more impressed, and treated me very professionally. I’ll bring our mazda there any day if he’s still there. Thank you so much.

i didn't have the best experience with the detail shop but i will say that the staff is very friendly. i called to get the interior of my car done and no one had answered during business hours so i left a voicemail with my number so they could get back to me... maybe 2 days later i hadn't heard anything so i called again during business hours and no answer so i just hung up. I then get a phone call back and was able to get my car in the next day at noon to just have the interior done. I take my car at noon and i asked how long it would be and i was told 2-3 hours, so 4 and a half hours pass and i get a call that my car is ready after calling them at 4pm to ask if it was done yet but no one had answered. When i got my car back it was clean i will say but it had water spots all over the seat

I wish I had before pictures of the inside. Not only is it HUGE, but it was filled with 3+ YEARS of Alaskan Malamute dog hair (pictured). The crew at the Detail Shop did an amazing job. I will 100% be a returning customer. Very friendly staff, called me after my missed calls etc.

I feel like I have been robbed. I don't mind paying $230+ for a detail but this is what I got. Let the picture tell the story. Very disappointed. Bring your vehicle somewhere else.
