I had some body work done here they had great service and did a great job fixing my car, I can’t tell they did any it looks factory!

I have always had a great experience with Durable!! I use AAA so they are partnered, but even in personal experience Durable is the BEST auto/towing company in Waterbury, hands down. Special huge thank you to Bernie, for being so patient, compassionate and going out of his way today to be professional and give me the best possible service I have ever had! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for Bernie. He is a gem in this industry. Thank you also for the great service Durable has provided me over the years!

Highly recommended! My son (mid 20s) is a recent CT resident. He was rear ended by another driver. He was treated very well from reception to repair. They did an incredible job fixing the vehicle and dealt with insurance issues with utmost professionalism.

I was in a car accident on Christmas eve and the insurance from the person that hit me had me bring my car here and let me just day they have been so great with us!! They were quick and had the car done before the estimated time, they kept us well informed during the whole process and were so kind and pleasant to work with. The lady at the front desk answered any questions we had and was just so polite. Thank you guys for the great work on my car it looks beautiful and Drives great now! Definitely recommend this place for anyone needing repairs or body work done on their vehicle.

I got into a mini accident on Route 8 and brought my car to Durable Automotive. They did such an amazing job that my car looks even better than when I first got it off the lot! They were swift, efficient, and communicated with me every step of the way. Most importantly, they gave me an exact time for when the job would be done , and they delivered right on schedule. No delays, no false promises. I’m beyond impressed and highly recommend them!
