The ECU Pro

This was my first time to use ECU Pro. As a business owner I tell people all of the time that even crappy businesses can trip through doing it right. Businesses are all trying to get it right every time, but we are human and the world is imperfect place so 100% is never possible. Where a company has a real opportunity to shine is when they get it wrong or something doesn't go as planned. Then you really get to see what that company and it's staff are made of. Auto Service and items like control units are no different. On the first go we got an EIS that was in operable but ECU made it right and made it right as quickly as possible, even eating the postage to overnight the replacement. I am thankful this company exists! I sent them my ECU and they went to work. I received a detailed email with a video after they tested the unit. Turns out there was nothing wrong with it. They promptly refunded the amount I overpayed (I thought they would need to repair it) and sent it back. I would definitely use them again if needed!

2010 Mercedes S550 EIS. Purchased a new one from ECU and they programed it. It's been one day since installing and thank God everything appears to be working. Only complaint was the time it took "5 days" before I heard anything back on the original EIS I sent to have checked out. After that communication was great. They had to order a new one to program, so it took several more days after that, which was understandable.

The ECU repair to my 2019 VW Atlas was nothing short of perfect. My damage was self inflicted with the notorious battery battery being arched to the ECU damaging the unit. Instructions were easy to follow to remove and pacakge the unit to be ready for shipment. Continuous email notifications were sent out for updates and the fix was quick. When calling the for further questions or support, the team was responsive and incredibly helpful and polite! The team even followed up specifically on my situation on how to prevent it in the future. I was both impressed and please with the team's service and price compared to other shops and dealers!
