When I picked up my car it looked clean. I noticed when the sun hit my windshield, the windshield wasn't clean at all. I had them do an ozone treatment hoping to get rid of an odor. I could not detect an odor when I picked up my car but within a week the odor was back. To be fair this is an odor that was treated with ozone elsewhere and also returned. Wanting ideas on what else to try that might eliminate the odor, I called this place on three different occasions and never received a call back. So the sincerity they seem to proclaim does not match up with what I experienced with them.
Great Job Picked up on time wherever I need them to come.Brings car back in a timely manner.Excellent Detail Roger and Jenni Johnson great people.
