Visited my friend that is a resident for the past couple of years and each annual visit, as I am from out of state, everywhere is clean, friendly staff, and convenient parking. Most importantly, my friend is happy living there.

My Aunt moved into the Fairmont in February 2024. From day one, my Aunt was warmly welcomed into this new community. Our family has much gratitude for the referral we received during a rehab stay. The Fairmont provides a cost effective option for individuals, where they can have their own apartment in a safe and secure community within Manassas, enjoy wonderful meals in the dining room, engage in activities and social engagements at the level they wish, and contract private caregiving services if needed. In my Aunt's case, she needed daytime caregiving and then eventually evening support as well. While the location isn't right for my current needs, I wish it were. Chris was so kind, helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and truly caring that if she is a representation of the fairmont it must be a lovely place.
