These guys always have my oil change done in around 30m with fair prices, way better than Jiffy Lube bs. They've always been honest with me & don't try to upsell. I've even fact checked just to be sure (because I've had issues with mechanics in the past) & everything they say checks out.

Super helpful and quick to get me in. Quoted me less than half what CB Automotive quoted me for the same quality. Will continue to take my vehicles here.

I'm from out of state. While taking my granddaughter to the airport, we noticed an odd sound coming from the rear. When we inspected the wheel, we found that all the lugs were loose and 1 was gone. When we tried to tighten them, another stud stripped off. We found the garage online and I limped to it. Upon examining the problem, they immediately looked for parts and got me in. They told me it would take about an hour and apologized profusely. If I lived in this area, this would be my go to for automotive repair. They're very conscientious, courteous and affordable. Took my car here twice since my dealership wanted me too since they installed the power steering pump. They kept telling me there was no leak even though i was putting fluid in when i drove and had puddles under my car, I had to tell them where one leak was so it could be fixed, for the second leak they couldn't figure it out saying it wasn't leaking so I took it somewhere else to be determined a wrong line was installed. This garage doesn't listen to its customers or care too.

I had never been to The Garage before, despite living on the South side for years. I was attempting to change my own oil on my Trailblazer and sure enough the filter is seized in place. Popped my head in to ask if there was anything they could do to help, and I was absolutely floored with the polite and professional service I received. They were able to see me immediately (which will definitely change with service this incredible) and had me in and out of there in about half an hour. And that's including fixing a few other minor issues they found at no extra cost! If you need any automotive work done definitely stop by and see them.
