I genuinely don’t think I’ve had better service **anywhere** in my entire life. They got me in quickly, communicated clearly at every step, and even provided detailed before-and-after photos—something I’ve never experienced at an auto shop before. They were kind, honest, realistic, and never pushy. Every bit of work is automatically reported to Carfax (and they send it to you for free), which is such a game-changer for transparency and peace of mind. Honestly, they’ve ruined every other shop for me. Consider me a lifetime customer. I almost hesitate to write this review because I don’t want them to get *too* busy—but even if there’s a wait, it would absolutely be worth it. The team at The Garage are always extremely professional and personable. The quality of work is excellent. Service recommendations are transparent and comprehensive. I never feel like I'm being pressured or being sold something I don't need. I greatly appreciate the ease of the approval and payment process. We were fortunate to come across Jake and the team several years ago and they've earned our business with every transaction.

I would highly recommend The Garage MKG for any auto repair needs. I brought my 2016 Infinite in last week for a once over before my warranty was ending. I was able to drop my car off that night so they could look it over the next morning. The communication was fantastic and they provided such a detailed report that was sent by text and email. They dealt with my warranty company and got half the repairs covered. Aaron and Alex (hope I spelled their names correctly) are very nice gentlemen to speak with. I will definitely bring my car back if I need any other repairs.
