Dave at German Auto Doctor is outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took excellent care of my Bentley and my Crossfire, and the quality of work was top-notch. Dave clearly knows these cars inside and out. His entire team is great—easy to deal with, transparent, and very responsive. No runaround, just solid work and good communication. If you’re looking for a shop you can trust with high-end or specialty vehicles, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Dave and his shop are well equip for your European car. Unfortunately for me, I ended up needing a transmission for my 2015 Audi A6 3.0T and I had zero engagement between Drive and Reverse. The car would run just fine, but wouldn't move! Dave explained that I had bad transmission fluid and clutch-like material in the fluid...which we decided to just replace the transmission since the internals on the original transmission were already compromised. Despite a mishap with the first transmission install, Dave reassured me he'd obtain the correct transmission with low miles and make way for the second install. Turnaround time was a little longer than I'd hoped, but Dave and team got it done! I can only say that everything is going well for the first few months and car runs smooth! Communication

Recently had my Cayman S serviced. The PDK needed a full service as well as my 5K oil change. While it was in there we decided to change out the coil packs based on mileage and failure rates. The Doc did his magic and the car runs smoothe. I will bring it back in the next 5k for sure and trust them with my prized possession.

Had a problem with my 528 BMW, it had come from the dealer maintenance dept. The dealer stated and a list of problems. Things did not seem right so I brought it over to German Auto Doctor. I spoke with Emilio, who is very friendly and knowledgeable over the phone giving me a comfortable feeling on bring it in . I spoke with Dave the main mechanic. He had some questions and concerns on the diagnostic from Bmw dealer. He proceeded to do his own personal research On my 528I. Once he finished his own diagnostics he informed me the bmw in Westlake was wrong. Dave again upon his diagnostics of my vehicle came up with a solution.
