Baited and switched on. I was promised a certain price on my window repair or at least around that price, due to me mentioning a competitor’s price - once the job was done, my father was charged double what I was told was going to be charged. I wish I would’ve gone to pick it up instead of my father, or I wish I could’ve gotten something in writing but I didn’t think this would happen - we were tricked and it’s so unfortunate because I enjoyed speaking to Tanya and thought I’d be bringing them a lot more business because I have properties in the area with over 500 total windows. We hired this company to replace all (6) windows in our house we’ve had since the 80’s including our sliding glass door to try and increase the value of our home, the old windows worked fine just showed their age. We asked them to replace the window sills and techs told us they don’t do that nor do we need it even though one is obviously swollen, they measured our glass door and had us order it from Home Depot then told us it didn’t fit so they had to make some adjustments to the area around and now it looks like a DIY job. On top of all that now half of our windows leak when it rains and our house isn’t holding heat, so we called them to come back and seal the windows again and was told “we used a new sealant during install that we didn’t like, so we switched back to the old stuff” then b

We waited for another company for a week to get a glass door replacement and then gave up. We called The Glass Brokerage and they came out and measured the door and replaced it the next day. Thank you so much!!! Terrific service!
