Automatic car wash...half the sprayers did not work...should have gone somewhere else where the equipment works...also no receipt and no phone number...after the half that did get washed looked like it didn't get washed

I brought my BMW X5 here for a quick wash and purchased the $16 package, which was supposed to include all premium features. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. While going through the wash, it was clear that no water or soap was coming from the right side. The overall wash used very little soap, and during the 3-coat polish, hardly any product was applied. When I exited, the right side of my vehicle was still dirty and had visible streaks. I approached an employee to address the issue, but instead of offering assistance, he dismissed me, stated he was “on the phone,” and used offensive language. Went here and put 5 dollars into two different bays, water didn't work in either one. Noone answered the number to call for help. If its to cold to operate close it down dont let people come get robbed.

The Super clean package that includes 3 step wheel cleaner didn’t clean my wheels! Tried calling the number but no one answers! I did texted the emergency number from the receipt and they contacted quickly me offering support! I will give them another try next time!

Their equipment does not work properly. And yet they still remain open and charge me $10 for me to find out that their equipment doesn't work.
