My wife and I recently purchased a new fifth wheel camper from The Great Outdoor Rv. The purchase was an absolute breeze! With Lisa handling all my phone calls getting me all the answers I needed. She was very confident and committed to getting everything set up for me and my wife to have the best possible experience ever. And to the finance team getting everything done and making sure my wife and I had all our questions answered and that we had absolute peace of mind when we left that day! And last but not least to Jed for giving us a very awesome tutorial of our new camper. We had an amazing experience with The Great Outdoors RV in Greeley, CO! After getting bounced around at another place, Joey was a total lifesaver. He responded extremely quick and made the whole process smooth from the start. A huge shoutout to James in finance, who worked fast and got us the exact deal we wanted with no hassle. Since we moved here from San Diego, CA 3 years ago we have been using the Great Outdoors RV for our winterizing , maintenance and now for an upgrade opportunity on our Unity Twin Bed, Leisure Travel Van (LTV UTB24). The house batteries were wearing out causing the levelers to not work. So we went with the upgrade to Lithium batteries. This required an upgrade to the Inverter and solar controller. Now we have a beefed up setup that provides 1000W at 50A. Let the boondocking begin! Dustin has been our service writer for all our work and he is top notch.
