The Great Texas Oil Change

Changed my oil and air filter drove to Grandview check engine light on scanned it messed my FIMC up by beating my air filter out !!! Personnel needs to be properly trained on procedures!!!

If they start to change your wipers without asking, stop them! Went for an oil change, great service in and out no problem. However, right before leaving they started changing my wiper blades out. No one asked if I wanted them changed, and I had just used them earlier in the morning, so I know there was nothing wrong with them, but whatever, I let it happen. Well I paid and left, and then received a call that they forgot to charge me for the new wipers. Even though I didn’t ask for them, they did change them, so I agreed to pay for it. $65! Way too much for wiper blades, even the rain x ones, which is what I had on even before they changed them. Don’t make the same mistake I did - if they start to change them without asking, stop them.

I always have a great experience here. My #1 recommended spot for an oil change and other services offered. The team today did an amazing job! Thank you once again!

I drove up to the location and parked where there was a sign that said wait here for service. I waited, then waited some more had a couple employees look at me a few times without acknowledging me and then waited some more probably about 10 minutes before drove off and went to take five. Don’t waste your time at this place they don’t really care for your business. They want to go out of business.

If I take the time to write a bad review on someone’s page is because I’m very upset with their service. After driving an hour to get an oil change, they installed the plates wrong leaving me with a horrible rattling noise, I had to go back to get it fixed. On top of that they did not reset the oil mileage on my computer system. It was 5-6 employees working on my vehicle, instead of doing a good professional job as it should of been, they were socializing and being careless apparently. I will definitely not take my vehicle back to this place.
