The Homestead Yantis RV & Tiny Home Community

I’m extremely pleased with this park. The owner is very professional and prompt to answer any questions and solve any issues that arise with all residents!!! The property is clean and well maintained. The property owner is very courteous and friendly. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The residents are very respectful and courteous to each other and have no issues getting along with each other.

We were so happy to find this tiny home park. It's quiet , peaceful, gated. Two great churches close- meat market - produce stand within 1 mile. Post office and bank real close. 13 miles to sulphur springs ! Has a pond on site that we love to explore. We're especially thankful for the owners they have been outstanding !! Helpful and easy to talk too. New place and see nothing but positive the way owner is planning . Also bonus fibre optic internet coming soon. That's a plus as rural internet is poor.

I am especially grateful at finding this spot. The area is clean and the owners are amazing. The town of Yantis is so ideal. Just a mile away is a fresh fruit stand and a local diner. The post office and local chain general stores are very close as well. Just minutes to the lake and 15min back to I30.

I have never had a better landlord than Brian and Lisa. The Homestead didn’t have a ton of residents when we first moved in, so it’s nice to see that it is growing. I am an overnight worker, and the community is quiet enough that I can sleep during the day when I have to. It’s a friendly community! Brian and Lisa do a great job screening their residents. You won’t regret living here! And welcome, if you decide the Homestead is the right place for you!

Great place to live, great people manage it and it’s well maintained. Easy going country life atmosphere. My wife and I love it here.
